Welcome to my practice. My legal name (for insurance purposes) is Faith Beaulieu and you’re welcome to call me Catie or Cai. I provide psychotherapy and consultation to adults 18+, I am anti-racist, culturally aware and always learning, trans-affirming, and LGBTQ+ friendly.

In addition to therapy, I provide training, consultation, groups, and ally coaching.

While I work with people from all backgrounds, I specialize in working with marginalized people impacted by race, neurodiversity, ethnicity, culture, gender, and/or sexuality.

My door is open-no need to wipe your shoes (if you're wearing them).
